Who processes the data

What data we collect and why

Contact form: name, phone, email (optional), customer type, quantity and message. We use them only to reply to your request and send you an offer. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and steps prior to a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
WhatsApp, phone, email: the data you send us directly, for the same purpose.

How long we keep it

Requests without an order are kept for up to 12 months. Order data is kept as long as required by law (accounting).

Who we share it with

We do not sell data. Only the providers who help us technically (website hosting, email) and, for deliveries, the courier company can see it.

Cookies

By default the site only uses the storage needed to remember your cookie choice. Statistics cookies (e.g. Google Analytics) and marketing cookies (e.g. Meta Pixel) load only after your consent. You can change your choice at any time from “Cookie settings” in the footer.

Your rights
